Pet Policy

Centana Property Management has several pet friendly properties.

Our current pet policy is an additional $200 deposit PER pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 (or more) PER pet.

Breed & Age Restriction for pets vary per property so please inquire.

As of July 23, 2019, all residents (even those without pets) must fill out the following application regarding pet/assistance animals/no pet status. Please visit https://centanapropertymanagement.petscreening.com and fill out the application following your notice of approved application from our office.
